By accessing or using the HomeTrends PRO website (hometrendspro.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HomeTrends PRO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Services Description
HomeTrends PRO provides home health management services including:
- Home health assessments and inspections
- Maintenance planning and coordination
- Vendor coordination and oversight
- Digital home logbook and tracking
- Property monitoring for out-of-state owners
- Project oversight and management
- Pre-listing inspections for home sellers
Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Own or have authorization to manage the property for which services are requested
- Will provide accurate and complete information
Account Registration
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Membership Plans and Billing
Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans (Basic, Plus, Premium). By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice
- Refunds are provided only as specified in our Money-Back Guarantee
Money-Back Guarantee
New members can cancel within 30 days of initial enrollment for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first month/year of service and does not apply to renewals.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by:

- Logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Membership”
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations (except within the 30-day guarantee period).
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in advance for the subscription period
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available
Service Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantees
While we strive to provide high-quality services:
- We do not guarantee prevention of all home issues or failures
- Home Health Scores are assessments, not guarantees of condition
- Vendor recommendations are provided as a convenience; we do not guarantee vendor performance
- We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or cost of third-party vendor work
Inspection Limitations
Our inspections are visual assessments and may not identify:
- Hidden defects or issues not visible during inspection
- Problems that develop after the inspection date
- Issues requiring specialized equipment or destructive testing
Not a Warranty
Our services are NOT a home warranty and do not cover repair costs. We coordinate services but do not perform repairs or reimburse repair expenses.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and access for inspections
- Respond to maintenance reminders and recommendations in a timely manner
- Approve or decline vendor work as needed
- Pay for all third-party services separately (inspections, repairs, maintenance)
- Maintain your property in accordance with local laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our services (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of HomeTrends PRO or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or logos without written authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software
- Create derivative works based on our content or services
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect information about other users without consent
- Interfere with the operation of our website or services
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
Third-Party Services
We may coordinate services with third-party vendors (contractors, inspectors, service providers). These vendors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of HomeTrends PRO.
We are not responsible for:
- Quality, timeliness, or cost of vendor services
- Damages caused by vendor work
- Disputes between you and vendors
- Vendor compliance with laws and regulations
You contract directly with vendors and are responsible for payment to vendors for their services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- HomeTrends PRO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for damages resulting from third-party vendor actions or property damage
- We are not liable for losses due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, system failures, etc.)
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeTrends PRO, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Actions of vendors you hire based on our recommendations
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination
